Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-16
These terms govern use of Voxbook, a platform that lets businesses design AI voice agents to call leads and book meetings. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Voxbook provisions an AI voice agent, a phone number, and a booking calendar for your business. Free trial and paid plans, including call limits per plan, are described on our Pricing page.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of leads you upload and for having a lawful basis to contact them.
- You must honor opt-out/do-not-call requests — Voxbook enforces this automatically, but you may not attempt to circumvent it.
- You won't use Voxbook for unsolicited cold-calling, deceptive scripts, or any unlawful purpose.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential.
AI disclosure
Every Voxbook agent is required to disclose, in its opening greeting, that the caller is an AI assistant. This is enforced in our agent-generation pipeline and cannot be turned off.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the Pricing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the calling features, or attempt to bypass do-not-call protections.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voxbook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
