Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-16
This policy explains what Voxbook ("we", "us") collects when a business uses our platform to run AI voice agents, and how that information is used, stored, and shared.
Information we collect
- Account & business info: name, email, and business details you provide when signing up or completing onboarding.
- Lead contact information: names, phone numbers, and emails your business submits to Voxbook (manually or via our integration API) so your agent can call them.
- Call data: audio, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries of calls your agent places, including qualification outcomes and any meeting booked.
- Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) generated by using the site.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service you signed up for: placing and receiving calls on your behalf, transcribing and summarizing them, booking meetings, sending you the outcomes, and billing your subscription. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties we share data with
Running a voice AI product requires a few specialized processors. We share the minimum data each needs to do its job:
- Vapi — telephony, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech for live calls.
- Anthropic — the AI model that powers call conversations and generates your agent from onboarding answers.
- Cal.com — calendar availability and meeting booking.
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Our payment processor (merchant of record) — subscription billing. We never see or store full card numbers ourselves.
Do-not-call requests
If a lead asks to stop being contacted, our agents are instructed to acknowledge it and end the call, and the contact is flagged in your account so they can't be called again through Voxbook.
Your choices
You can edit or delete leads from your account at any time. To request deletion of your business account and associated data, contact us below.
